It's nice to see that bands are releasing their launch dates early. I only wish bands wouldn't launch on the same evening, as it creates a challenge to attend all on the same night. Great job De Cocoa Panyol for keeping us up to date with all the information! : )

Question....didn't the Candyland theme play already in some other country a couple of years ago??? #repeat

Comment and Question... Sorry for the long statement :)

Not too sure if anyone has noticed... or is too kind to say. Last year the Toronto Revellers seemed to have their act together, early promotion and teasers for launch, free tix give aways etc., and it looks like this year the OTHER Bands took noticed, atleast with early announcements and EARLY April Band Launches... as an out of towner, much appreciated and hoping everyone can do better with costume pick up! (I beleive all the bands had their issues last year :)) Even my CNZ's Love you all! Atleast you all have a Band Lauch date for 2012 - Makin the treck up North! April 21 ----YEAH

Sorry got side tracked... back to my question :)

2012...Does anyone hear the crickets ?!?!? from the TR's??? Are ya'll still there... Whaddup?

As one of the bigger bands your compadres have scooped up all the dates in April..., I heard your Band Launch was REALLY good last year and that was from another band leader (who shall remain nameless). I was gonna come up and see for myself... but I hear, see nothin'. My peeps of 25 were even willing to try a new band this year, get a new vibe. So if you Toronto Revellers are listening OR if anyone knows anything, Holla! It's not looking to good from the outside in...

Hi Anon, I am anxiously/patiently (LOL) awaiting the Revellers band launch date too! As soon as I hear anything I will let all you readers know....
A group of 25 you say!?! Wow I love it! If anybody from the Revellers camp is reading you have 25 potential masqueraders eagerly awaiting news from the band!

If any out of towners need help with hotel, cars, flights etc follow @MissSuperNerd on twitter. She is in the city and she helped my huge group last year not only contact Band Leaders, but arrange pick up, recommend places to eat,and get us a group rate quotes at hotels. She arranged everything so that by the time we got up there all we had to bring was money for food and shopping and even then we knew what we were spending. We ended up at the Delta cause she found a rate for people playing mas that was awesome and when we changed from the Hilton to the Delta she took care of it and made it work for us so we saved and got money back.

Just a suggestion for out of towners who have never been or need help with that kinda thing. Cant wait to come back next year with my family.
