in the first place ,,how can tribe pick someone like andre de freitas to represent them ?.this kid has no clue how to function as a band leader and comes from his dads band who has been in the parade for more than 25 years and never even placed in the top three,,why did they not go to carnival nationz or saldenah,,if they actually wanted some sort of splash in the caribana parade,
